Booking and amendment Policy – Grand Tours

1. All customer requests will be sent to the hotel as notes only and are not guaranteed.

2. Once booking is confirmed. Client must pay a requested (deposit or full payment) during 24 hours

3. Failure to comply with the payment deadlines will result in cancellation without refund.

4. The client may not change the trip dates mentioned in the booking confirmation without official confirmation from Grand Tours.

5. Birth certificates for children and ID for adults must be presented upon check-in.

6. Hotel selection is the sole responsibility of the client.

7. Hotel rules and regulations must be respected and followed.

8. For booked transportation, seat assignments will be arranged by the transportation Company.

9. For stays over 3 nights, return trip seating may be adjusted.

10. Bus departure times will be communicated via phone by our representative the day before arrival.

11. Customers must adhere to the announced bus departure times.

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Grand Tours

At Grand Tours, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience. Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully:

During peak seasons and public holidays All booking are non-refundable.

1. Hotel Bookings

Subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.

Refundable bookings may be canceled up to 21 days before check-in and subject to 15 % cancellation fees.

Non-refundable hotel bookings are not eligible for a refund.

2. Outgoing Travel Packages & Trips

Outgoing Travel Packages & Trips are non-refundable once we paid it to our Suppliers(Hotel - Transfer - Trip - Flight).

3. Flight Tickets

Subject to airline rules and fare conditions.

Refunds, rebooking, or cancellations depend on the ticket type (refundable/non-refundable).

Service charges may apply.

4. Visa Services

Visa processing fees are non-refundable once submitted.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method.

6. How to Cancel or Request Refund
