Finding our office
Our office is at El Serag City Mall, Makram Ebeid extension, Nasr City, Cairo 11471.
The building appears on our Ministry of Tourism licence under its former name, Ghana Towers. It was later renamed El Serag City Mall — same building, same address, only the name changed. We mention it so the difference does not surprise you if you compare this page against a copy of the certificate.
Most bookings are completed by phone, WhatsApp or email without needing to visit, so call first — we can usually finish it without you making the trip.

Both our commercial register and tax registration numbers also appear in writing on every quotation, before you are asked to pay anything, and we give them to anyone who asks.

Yes, during office hours, at El Serag City Mall in Nasr City. Call first — most bookings are completed without a visit.
I have a complaint about a booking. What do I do?
Put it in writing by email with your booking reference, so there is a dated record. If the issue is happening right now while you are travelling, telephone first and send the written note afterwards.
